One big reason why every one loves Twitter is that it has a limit and people love to convey things short and sweet. Will the same thing work on with videos? Lets wait and watch. A new service called 12seconds has recently kicked off and it enables people to upload video clips with a maximum time limit of 12 seconds. Sounds great but people have the patience to watch is the big question.
