Pakistan has bought in a international conference over the future of Afghanistan during the next week. The next week there will be a protest against the NATO cross border attack which had killed 24 soldiers. According to the officials whop reported as on Tuesday the decision was not to attend the conference. The conference will be held in German in the city of Bonn and the main aim is to bring in the major stakeholders.
The major stakeholders will be securing the Afghan peace after their NATO combat troops will be ending in 2014. Pakistan will however not be influencing the Taliban militants to bring in the peace talks at the peace table. As a protest Pakistan will not be available in the Bonn conference reported a government official. The cabinet meeting will be chaired by the PM Gilani which is in Lahore as the decision of Pakistan goes more diplomatic. A diplomatic blow for Afghanistan and to the nations who are fighting as a set back efforts to plan the future.
Few tangible results have been expected through the set back for the efforts of the plans taken up. The decision of Pakistan to boycott has been witnessed by some of the diplomat-is and has stirred the overreaction. The Bonn conference has been involved with the wider international community and includes many countries like China,Japan,Iran and EU. The international community has been present at the Bonn conference and is first and foremost for Afghanistan.
